[Clas_hadron] Abstract for APS/DNP/CEU

Robert and Barry, a couple suggestions:


1) remove the superscript "+" from the "p^+". We are not giving the 
neutron a "0" as superscript either.

2) "deepen our knowledge of nucleon structure" is too general a 
statement. I suggest to focus on
   the search for predicted but "missing" baryon excited states. One 
could mention that "Polarization
   observable have strong sensitivity to interference between partial 
waves".

3) Indicate the covered range in cms polar angle in addition to the 
energy range.

4) The protons are polarized, but are they polarized longitudinally or 
transversely?
