[Clas_hadron] Abstract for APS/DNP/CEU

Robert and Barry,
On the proton polarization, I am aware that in order to measure H and P
the target must be transversely polarized. But it would be good to
mention that as not everybody may immediately realize what is the
relation between polarization observables and the experiment configuration.
