[Clas_hadron] [EXTERNAL] HSWG: Presentations during the November Collaboration meeting

Dear Hadron Spectroscopists

As you will know, the next CLAS Collaboration meeting runs November 12 - 15.
The HSWG meeting will take place on Thursday 14 November. You can present an update on your results or discuss problems/issues with your analysis.

The usual division of the day is as follows:
Morning: HSWG session concentrating on CLAS(6 GeV) analyses
Afternoon: Joint WG session with Deep and Nuclear, showing progress/updates from CLAS12 analyses.

If you wish to give a HSWG presentation please let me know by Friday 1 November and if your contribution relates to CLAS(6 GeV) or CLAS12.
If you would like to request a talk during the Collaboration plenary sessions, please let me know by Friday 25 October.
