[Clas_lmd] Photon rates in CLAS12

Greetings,

I calculated the photon flux as others have

page 32 footnote
and calculated the flux ~ 5e7 gamma/sec  (side note, G12 maximum was 8e5 
gamma/sec at lab 1.5 GeV)

Did I make a mistake in the calculation?
