[Clas_lmd] Photon rates in CLAS12

Hi Michael,

The footnote states that this value of hadronic rates 5e7 is similar to what GLUEX will run with.
The GLUEX will use 3.2\mu A electron beam on 10^{-4} rad. length radiator.

This gives number of bremsstrahlung photons

N_gamma = 3.2*10^{-6}*10^{-4}/(1.6*10^{-19} = 2*10^{9}

On the other hand CLAS6 was using 60nA electron beam on 10^{-3} rad. length
This gives number of bremss photons

N_gamma = 60*10^{-9}*10^{-3}/(1.6*10^{-19} ~ 4*10^8

>From here we get only 5 times higher rate at CLAS12 compared to CLAS6
