[Clas_lmd] Photon rates in CLAS12

And this will be konsistent with what is written in the Abstraft of that proposal:


At the nominal luminosity of CLAS12 (∼ 1035cm−2s−1) with an 11 GeV electron beam, the resulting hadronic rate will be equivalent to that achievable with a real photon flux of 108 − 109 γ/s on the 5 cm LH2 target, foreseen for electroproduction runs in Hall-B.

On the other hand CLAS6 was using 60nA electron beam on 10^{-3} rad. length
This gives number of bremss photons

N_gamma = 60*10^{-9}*10^{-3}/(1.6*10^{-19} ~ 4*10^8

From here we get only 5 times higher rate at CLAS12 compared to CLAS6

and calculated the flux ~ 5e7 gamma/sec  (side note, G12 maximum was 8e5 gamma/sec at lab 1.5 GeV)
