[Clas_members] Hall B meeting

Dear Colleagues,
 The minutes of today's Hall B meeting  can be found at the usual link:

Please note that both superconducting magnet contracts (Toroid and 
Solenoid) have now been awarded. This is a major
milestone for the construction of CLAS12 and represents a large fraction 
of the total estimated cost.
