[Clas_members] CLAS shifts schedule for the second half of 2010

Dear CLAS Members,

I will soon generate the CLAS shifts schedule for the second half
of 2010. Now it is the time for institutional representatives to check
their members lists and make sure they are in line with the CLAS
membership and the SoS estimates for 2010.
