[Clas_members] Membership lists

Dear CLAS members,

Please read this email carefully. We are working to reconcile the current CLAS
membership with the shift takers lists, and I prepared a comparison table here:

The institutes shown below have CLAS members that are not listed for shifts:

ANL, ASU, CMU, CUA, EDINBURGH, FIU, FSU, FU, GLASGOW, GWU1, ITEP, JLAB,
KNU, MSU, ODU, OHIOU, ORSAY, RPI, SACLAY, SCAROLINA, UNH, VIRGINIA, WM

If your institute is in the list above (marked with a red 'CHECK!' in the table),
would it be possible to edit either your current CLAS membership or the
shift takes lists such that the two lists coincide ? This should be done before
April 22, when I will generate the new schedule. I will use the greater number
(of the two totals) for shift share allocations.

Could we also solve the GWU2 and UMASSD status ? Would be nice to have
matching entries in both (shifts and membership) databases. Any ideas ? May
I merge GWU1 and GWU2 in the 'shifts' DB, leaving both 'contacts' ?

If a person can not do shifts for a good reason (medical or other), please
mark her/him in the shifts list as 'no shifts' and state the reason in the 'remarks'
column.
