[Clas_members] CLAS Shift Swaps

Dear CLAS Members,

This is the last day of shift swaps for Foreign institutes. From
tomorrow on it will be the turn of Domestic institutes to do their
shift swaps.

Everyone can sign up for shifts and then swap them around as 
they wish. However, the concerned institutional representatives 
should be kept informed.

There is a 'downtime' period of a month or so in the schedule. 
*The recommended practice, especially for 'Foreign' personnel,
is to couple downtime shifts with normal shifts and be on-site
for the whole period, just in case there is a last minute change
in the schedule and _all_ the shifts have to be actually filled. *
