[clas_members] minutes of today's Hall B meeting

Dear Colleagues,

A major highlight of the meeting was the announcement by Andy Sandorfi 
and the HDice team, that the HDIce IBC has been cooled down successfully 
and reached stable operation in the dilution mode at a temperature of 
55mK. This is extremely good news, and means that the target will be 
able to run throughout the G14 experiment in the frozen spin mode. For 
details see Andy's slides.

Work is also in preparation for the electron test run with the HD target 
that requires higher cooling power than what the current turbo pumps can 
deliver. A roots system will be installed in the Hall to provide the 
increased cooling power.
