[clas_members] Hall B meeting minutes

The Hall is currently open to replace the sample HD target with the 
production HD target. This will take at least today and tomorrow.

The photon beam has still some issues that indicate a possible 
obstruction in the beam line. This needs to be addressed during the next 
couple days. Also, the high occupancies in the DC's indicate some source 
of high background that needs to be identified. A possible culprit is a 
6mm diameter cleanup collimator that may cause beam scraping, especially 
as we are running at low energy where the photon beam size is not small. 
Usually we use cleanup collimator of 14mm in diameter even at the higher 
energies.
