[clas_members] Hall B meeting

Dear Colleagues,
The minutes of today's Hall B meeting are now available at:

The unrelenting downpour last Saturday caused major flooding in Hall B 
as well in other Halls. The damage in Hall B is still being assessed but 
appears to be limited to HV and signal cables and a few other pieces of 
equipment. Effort is underway by JLab management to better protect the 
Halls from future similar events.

Please take note of the presentation by Vardan regarding the CLARA 
framework for the CLAS12 software development.
