[clas_members] G14 shifts Feb. 13th to 22nd

Dear Collaborator,

According to the present schedule, the beam will be down from Feb. 13 to 
Feb. 19th.

All worker shifts are canceled.
All expert shifts are maintained.

I am asking either Gail Dodge or Ivan Bedlinsky if they can arrange to 
take the expert owl shifts from 18th and 19th instead of their worker 
shifts the same days. Please see with Marco Battaglieri.
