Dear CLAS members,

I'm in the process of putting together an agenda for the next CLAS Collaboration meeting (and CLAS12 workshop). I've already got several physics talks lined up, and one talk for a proposed PAC proposal. Of course, there is room for other PAC proposal talks if desired, although I expect some of these will be scheduled in the Physics Working Group meetings. If you have suggestions for talks at the plenary session, please send email to hicks at ohio.edu<mailto:hicks at ohio.edu>.

On another matter, it was announced by the JLab management that the coffee breaks will no longer be charged to discretionary funds. This means that we are required to pay a small registration fee for all NON-STUDENT participants of our collaboration meeting (students will register for free). I'm working with the conference services staff to keep this rate low, and it will likely be about $10/day, which can be charged to a credit card on registration. I wish that this was not the case, but it is unavoidable. All collaboration meetings (for all Halls) are following the same guidelines.

I will post the next meeting's agenda on our CLAS website in a few days, and then send out an email announcement.

Best regards,
Ken
