Dear Colleagues,
I would like to remind you that the CLAS Collaboration has rules that
every collaborator has to follow to give a public presentation
(contributed or invited talks) and submit written proceedings.
The CLAS Speaker Committee (CSC) is charged to consider and approve the
talk requests and review the proceedings, recording information about
the talk (speaker, title, conference, and proceedings, if any).

The procedures are quite simple:
- fill a web form available here
http://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/shifts/index.php?display=admin&task=speakers
if you want to give a talk
- send your proceedings to me at least one week before the submission
deadline.

All detailed information about the procedures are available on the CSC
web page:
  http://clasweb.jlab.org/csc/wiki/index.php/Main_Page#Procedures_and_Request_Forms
while the history of CLAS talks and on-going conferences is available on
the CLAS DB:
  https://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/shifts/index.php?display=admin&task=speakers&deadline=2013-01-01&end_date=2013-12-31.

For any doubts or clarification, do not hesitate to contact me or one
CSC member
Best regards
Marco Battaglieri
(Chairman of CSC)
