[clas_members] Dates for next collaboration meeting

Dear All,

 From the last collaboration meeting, it was clear that the provisional 
dates for the next meeting do not work for many people (including me). 
 From the At-A-Glance calendar, it looks like a date in November would 
be possible.

To gauge availablility, could I please ask you to fill in the poll:

by 9am Friday (July 5), to allow us to fix dates quickly. Note that the 
dates suggested allow for the usual day of CLAS12 related meetings.

Please also let me know if there are clashes with other external events, 
or if whole groups cannot be represented on either or both weeks.
