[clas_members] Dates for next collaboration meeting

Dear All,

Thanks to those of you that indicated availability for the next CLAS 
collaboration meeting. With a reasonable sampling, there seems to be a 
clear preference for the dates *20-23 November*.  I shall make the 
necessary changes to the website in due course.
