[clas_members] beam scheduling request

Dear all,

As you all aware of, the Nuclear Physics Scheduling Committee has issued 
a call for "Beam Time Requests for January 2015 through June 2016”. 
Please note that the only experiments affected by this in Hall B are HPS 
and PRad. No CLAS12 experiments can be scheduled before June 2016 as the 
commissioning of CLAS12 is currently scheduled for June 2016. However, 
as the CLAS12 commissioning is likely going to be done using a liquid 
hydrogen target, that should give everyone plenty of data for the 
detector calibration and commissioning and to train the event 
reconstruction and analysis software.
