[clas_members] Last days to submit the SoS

Dear all,
in 3 days the submission time for the Statements of Service (SoS) will be
over (November 15). No submissions will be accepted after the deadline.
If you haven't submitted it yet due to technical problems or whichever
kind of doubt, please feel free to contact me and/or shiftbot with your
questions.
