[clas_members] Update of PhD thesis page

Dear CLAS members,

If you know of any recently-completed CLAS PhD theses that are not 
listed at

https://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/general/clas_thesis.html

please send me an electronic link so it can be added.  Also, if any new 
PhD project has been started that is not listed on the same page, please 
forward that information to me as well.  Similarly, tell me of any 
abandoned projects that can be deleted from the list.
