[clas_members] Status update and shifts

Dear Collaborators,


We will continue data taking @7.5 GeV until Monday morning.

Monday at 06:00 beam will be terminated and accelerator will start energy change to 6.4 GeV. Both superconducting magnets will be ramped down at this time and will stay off. By 07:00 Hall B will be in restricted access. Hall B engineering crew will start configuration change to FT OFF. Hall will remain open for two days. If you need to do some work in the hall during down time please coordinate it with RC (Daniel Carman), PDL (Eugene Pasyuk) and hall work coordinator (Denny Insley).


Hall B shifts are canceled from 08:00 Monday December 10 until 08:00 Wednesday December 12. Wednesday day and following shifts should be on stand by and be ready to come if called. Accelerator may resume beam delivery on Wednesday.
