[clas_members] Status update and shifts

The accelerator energy change is progressing well. At the moment they are tuning the second pass. It is reasonable to expected beam to the halls some time tomorrow.

CLAS12 configuration change to FTOFF is going as planned. We expect to complete this work, reassemble and pump down our beam line by the end of the day today.

We hope to sweep and lock up the hall some time tomorrow depending on the accelerator readiness.

Hall B shifts are canceled until 08:00 Wednesday. Wednesday Day shift is on stand by and should be be ready to come to the counting house if called.
