[clas_members] Status update and shifts

Dear Collaborators,


The accelerator energy change goes very well. They expect to start beam delivery to the halls early afternoon.

Hall B will be locked up around noon.

We resume staffing shifts at noon today. Today's day shift should report to the counting house at 12:00. Alll following shifts report as scheduled.
