[clas_members] New requirement for international students,

JLab JRIS does not provide the form, we need to upload the letter when we register for visit through JLab JR/IS website.

Thank you for the information. Do we have special forms (provided by JLab) that need be filled by the institution or just a plain letter stating the travel dates?

Dear all,


Just for the information, now all international students require institution approval letter from the university international office to visit JLab. So it is better to plan the visit ahead since the university international office usually very busy with issuing I20 and OPT documents.
