[clas_members] Shift canceled until 16:00 March 6th

Dear Collaborators, 

Today the accelerator site experienced power outage which brought down CHL, ESR, accelerator and halls. 
Recovery will take substantial amount of time. All Hall B shifts are canceled from now until 16:00 tomorrow, Tuesday March 6th. 
Stay tuned for further updates tomorrow. 

There will be an opportunity for the Hall B safety walkthrough tomorrow morning at 11:00. The walkthrough starts in Hall B counting room.
