[clas_members] Shifts canceled until 08:00 Thursday March 8th

Dear Collaborators, 

The accelerator is down due to transformer failure that happened yesterday. The recovery may take a long time, days if not weeks. 
For now we cancel CLAS12 shifts until 08:00 Thursday March 8th. We will send an update as soon as we have any new information.
