[clas_members] shifts in 2019

Dear Collaborators, 

It is not too early to sign up for shifts in February and later. We have quite a few slots with no name assigned yet. 
We already covered most of the shifts allocated to ITEP and MSU, thanks to volunteers. There is only one slot left: Expert Swing February 21-24. We are looking for a volunteer for this one. Please contact me if you are able to take these shifts.
