[clas_members] SoS submission deadline TOMORROW

Dear CLAS members,
tomorrow, November 30, is the deadline for the submission of the 
Statements of Service for CLAS Collaboration institutions.

I can see that several institution still haven't submitted anything. And 
some of you submitted only the 2018 SoS, or only the 2019 one. ***You 
need to submit both the 2018 and 2019 SoS's***.

Institution Representatives, if you don't hit "Submit" after filling your 
Statements, we won't be able to access and review them.
