[clas_members] Colloquium article in RMP

This invited Roper Resonance colloquium article with Craig Roberts was 
just published in Review of Modern Physics. https://journals.aps.org/rmp/

The N* program has been a flagship program with CLAS. This article 
shows, on the example of the N(1440)1/2+ Roper resonance, what has been 
achieved from experiments and theory in unraveling the internal 
structure of  excited nucleons. The groundwork was laid by the CLAS 
collaboration that generated and analyzed the experimental data needed 
to come to these conclusions.
