[clas_members] [EXTERNAL] Revised internal PAC proposal review process

Dear Collaborators,

Following up the new announcement of the PAC48 schedule this morning, here is our revised internal review schedule:

- Abstracts for all new proposals due to CLAS chair: May 11, 2020
- Full proposal due to CLAS reviewers: May 25, 2020
- First response by review committee: June 1, 2020
- Revised proposal due to reviewers: June 8, 2020
- Final committee recommendation: June 15, 2020
- Proposal submission due to PAC48: June 22, 2020.
