[clas_members] [EXTERNAL] Internal jeopardy review for PAC48

Dear CLAS Collaborators,
I hope that this finds you safe and healthy. We will conduct an internal review process for PAC48 jeopardy updates. David Ireland (Chair), Zein-Eddine Meziani and Charles Hyde kindly agreed to serve on the committee.
Eight run groups will be reviewed during the PAC48 jeopardy process. They are listed below with the name of committee member in (), who will initiate the communication with each run group.
RG-A: Latifa Elouadrhiri (C. Hyde)
RG-B: Silvia Niccolai (D. Ireland)
RG-C: Sebastian Kuhn (C. Hyde)
RG-D: Lamia El Fassi (Z. Meziani)
RG-E: Will Brooks (Z. Meziani)
RG-G: Will Brooks (Z. Meziani)
RG-H: Marco Contalbrigo (D. Ireland)
RG-K: Annalisa D’Angelo (D. Ireland)
The following is the schedule of the internal review process:
• 4/22/2020: Committee members start to communicate with run-group leaders.
• 5/25/2020: Run-group leaders send their initial draft due to Chair of jeopardy review committee.
• 6/1/2020: First round recommendations sent to run group-leaders
• 6/8/2020: Revised documents sent to Chair of jeopardy review committee
• 6/15/2020: Final recommendations sent to run group-leaders
• 6/22/2020: Submit jeopardy updates due to PAC48
