[clas_members] [EXTERNAL] CLAS Statement of Service and CLAS12 Task List

Dear CLAS members

This year, given the circumstances, the deadline for the submission of the Statements of Service (SoS) has been set as December 15.

Institution Representatives, please remember that you have to submit TWO SoS's: one for the year 2020 detailing the SW your institution has done and one with the projected SW for 2021.

The CLAS12 Task List for 2021 will be populated within the next few days. It can be reached after logging into the web interface and selecting CLAS12 Tasks. Keep in mind that it is strongly recommended that a good fraction (ideally 50%) of the SW of your institution comes from CLAS12 Tasks from the List. The tasks range from hardware, software, simulation, detector-specific tasks, and require different levels of knowledge and expertise.
