As I mentioned in my "Welcome and Introductory Remarks" presentation yesterday, we will have an important CLAS collaboration business to discuss during the 2nd session on Friday:

I would like to encourage everyone to review them and join the discussions/vote on Friday.

We will also discuss the CLAS shift-taking policy and will have reports from Speakers Committee, Service Work Committee and Membership Committee.  They are all very important collaboration business.  I hope everyone attend the 2nd session on Friday.
