[clas_members] new proposal for PAC49

Dear CLAS members,

We invite you to join the new CLAS-approved proposal to PAC 49 on "Semi-Inclusive Deep Inelastic Scattering Measurements of A = 3 Nuclei with CLAS12 in Hall B”.  If you are interested in joining the proposal please let me know by Saturday at the latest.  The proposal is due to the PAC on Monday morning.

If you have any comments on the proposal, please also let me know.
