We did the beam steering study, looking at the average S1 and S4 DC occupancies.
For 2H01 y = 1.5
x was steered from +4.5 to -10
at -4.5 the S1 and S4 R1 DC average occupancies were 6% and 6%
from +3.4 to -9 the occ were 3.8% and 2.5%
at x = -10 we tripped the MS halo monitor

We are now redoing this and looking at the individual DC occupancies and logging them.

Note taht MCC could not steer the beam that far using only the 2c22 and 2c23 steering coils and so were forced to change the position at 2c24 for this study.  We requested that they NOT change 2H00 steering coils because those are too close to the target
