[clas_members] training reminder and shifts

Dear Collaborators,

Hopefully, we will resume running CLAS12 next week and you will be coming to take shifts. Here are a few reminders.
Please check your training status and make sure everything is up to date. There are several pieces of training we do annually which expire on January 31, pay special attention to those. Also, remember to register at least 7 days before your visit.
Shifts are expected to be done in person. No exceptions for expert shifts. It is still possible to take worker shifts remotely. If you are unable to take your shift in person, please notify RC and PDL in advance. If you will be taking your shifts remotely please check in advance that your MFA works and you can log in to clon computers.
If you are not feeling well and/or have COVID symptoms do not come to the counting house and notify RC and PDL immediately so that a replacement can be arranged.
If for whatever other reason you are not able to cover your assigned shifts please notify RC and PDL immediately so that a replacement can be arranged.
