[clas_members] [EXTERNAL] CLAS12 Shifts

Dear all

As was decided at the last CLAS meeting, the run extension shifts have been filled using the institute allocation of the previously cancelled shifts back from summer/fall 2023. After discussions, that this was the best and fairest first attempt to fill them.

Could you please look at the upcoming CLAS12 shift allocation, which runs until 19th May and take the following actions:


  *   ensure that your institute is able to cover the allocated slots
  *   if the answer to the above is no, then either (in this order)

     *
use the Trade option (institute to institute) in an attempt to move them to a more suitable date
     *
let me know if there are any blocks marked "Shift" which are more suitable for you and I can make that change

It would also be appreciated if you find yourself in a position to take on extra shifts and fill any outstanding "Shift" blocks throughout the schedule. These will need to be covered.
    
Hopefully we can get back to more stable allocations for future running.
