[clas_members] Start of RG-L run - further shift cancellations

Folks,

We have received word that the start of beam delivery for the 2025 RG-L/ALERT run has been further delayed mainly due
to a new vacuum leak in the injector. The start of shifts is now delayed by an additional week compared to the published
accelerator schedule to begin for Hall B at 8 a.m. on Mar. 17. As the accelerator work is just beginning and there is still much
to do to have the machine ready to start the run, further delays of the run are possible, so please be mindful of upcoming
announcements as you plan your travel to JLab for staffing of shifts.
