[clas_members] Start of RG-L run - still further shift cancellations

Folks,

We have received additional word that the start of beam delivery for the 2025 RG-L/ALERT run has been further delayed
after further investigations of the repair needed to address the vacuum leak in the injector. Beam delivery to Hall B is
now scheduled to begin on Mar. 24. Shifts now begin for Hall B at 8 a.m. on Mar. 24. I will update everyone if there is any
additional news regarding the schedule. Please be mindful of upcoming announcements as you plan your travel to JLab for
staffing of shifts. Also be sure that your training is up-to-date so that have site access when you arrive at JLab.
