This is the RC summary for Day Shift July 17 to Owl shift July 18.

Yesterday during day shift accelerator pushed HallC to 45uA. We couldn't not see a significant increase in rates in the halo counters so we should be okay for bleedthrough issues for now. However, the general trip rate of the accelerator increase.

During Swing shift RF cavity 1L09 tripped and needed repair (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4419606). This took about 4h and got beam back before midnight.

During Owl shift smooth production with 325nA at He4.

Beam went off for maintenance at 6:45am and we are in controlled access.


ABU for last 24h

- 12h of ABUs ~ 50% efficiency,

- Total ABUs since April 5th: 1069+12=1081 --> 1081 / (75.5 * 24) = 59.7%

- Day 103 of 151 scheduled: 103/151 = 68.2%

- BANU: 0.6h due to DAQ reset,

Plan for today

  *   Repair ECAL PMTs
  *   RICH work
  *   BAND TDC troubleshooting
  *   Afternoon: Hall walkthrough
  *   Beam is expected to be back in Swing. We will do Moller run first and then proceed with standard beam checkout
