[Clas_offline] where is `gsim.hlp'

Offliners,
    When I run `gsim_bat -h' I get a message saying that CLAS_DOC is 
undefined and that it's looking for a file called `gsim.hlp'. But I 
searched the CVS repository and found nothing. Where might this fabled 
document be hidden? With it, I could unlock the mysteries of gsim's 
command-line options.
