[Clas_offline] where is `gsim.hlp'

I have no idea about a .hlp file.  I had to learn some of the command  
line stuff, and I managed to find:

packages/gsim/gsimpar.inc

Maybe you can grep your way from there.

Also, I assume you've seen this:
