[Clas_offline] recsis in 64 bit

Hi Johann,

I am using /u/group/clas/builds/64bit/environment64.csh to setup
environmental variable, and pre-compiled user_ana  at
/group/clas/builds/64bit/STABLE/build/bin/user_ana on 64 bit machine
(ifarml6).
