[Clas_offline] clasdb will be offline, tomorrow 9-10am

Hi clas users,

Clasdb will be offline for maintenance between 9am and 10am tomorrow 
Thursday, January 6th.   As a result, outstanding connections to its 
MySQL databases from applications running from the farm and other 
origins will break. Hopefully, this maintenance period will resolve some 
outstanding issues with its performance.  Sorry for any inconvenience.
