[Clas_offline] basics CLAS6 setups

Not sure if this will help, but g12 has an analysis note covering all steps on how to process data and MC. Although we used a1c for our reconstruction, maybe there is enough information in there for you to use with your issue. The note is on the CLAS note webpage. Let me know if you cannot find it. I would link it, but I'm not in front of a comp now.
