[Clascomment] OPT-IN:Differential cross sections and spin density matrix elements for the reaction gamma p --> p omega

Dear Michel,

I have read the omega electroproduction paper and, while it was very
interesting, I don't see a
clear link worth adding to our paper. It is true that we also see a
dominant pi0 t-channel exchange at low t; however, as you say in your
paper this has been known about omega photoproduction for some time. Since
the electroprod results are mostly at high Q^2, I'm not sure there are any
other "clear" (i.e. non model-dependent) statements that can be made.

Cheers,

Mike

However, please take a quick look and see whether you can establish a conceptual link. In that paper, we could not extract sigma_T, but found through the SDME\'s that most of the transverse cross section is due to unnatural-parity exchange.
