[Clascomment] OPT-IN: Upper limits for the photoproduction cross section for the Phi--(1860) pentaquark state off the deuteron

Given the high luminosity conditions of this experiment,
it would seem useful to have some mention/plot of the contributions
of accidental coincidencs in plots such as Fig 4, 5, 6.
Also, there is no discussion of whether there are any additional
background (i.e. non-target related) backgrounds to these figures.
