This version of the paper is much improved and I have only minor editing comments.
p2, l3: replace 'yielding the disappearance' with 'cancelling'
l5: define 'high momentum transfer' and give an example for how momentum is transferred.
l9: add 'the' before 'struck'
l10: add 'transferred' before 'momentum'
par2, l2: delete 'the' before 'momentum'
l14: delete 'would' after 'anti-quark'
l17: replace 'in the time it takes to evolve' with 'before evolving'
l18: replace 'nuclei' with 'the nucleus'. Each hadron only interacts in one nucleus.
l4 from end of para: delete 'as' before 'it is'. Also, the phrase 'it is a necessary ... data' is very weak, vague and imprecise. Please try to improve it.
l3 from end: remove 'the' before and 'effect' after 'color transparency'
par3, l1: add 'A' before 'few'
l2: replace 'the proton' with 'proton knockout'
l3: replace 'mesons' with 'meson production'
p3, l3: replace 'higher' with 'greater'
l4: replace 'used' with 'studied'
p3,par1, l5: replace with 'small transverse separation, $r \propto 1/Q$'
l9: replace 'will' with 'should'
par3, l1: add 'the' before 'nuclear'
p4,par1, l2-4: This is a very awkward sentence. perhaps a replacement could be 'The increase ... requires that the q-qbar pair propagates far enough as an SSC before evolving into a normal hadron that the reduction in the nuclear interaction is observable.'
l9-6 from end of para: This sentence is awkward. Please rephrase.
l5 from end of para: the apostrophe in "rho^0's" is a superscript.
