A few minor questions/suggestions.
Line 107 (page 2)  The word "like" should be replaced with "such as"
The sentence should read
"Thus, related observables such as beam-spin ..."

Line 169-172
What is $W^2$  is it the conventional (e,e')X invariant mass  squared
W2 = M2 + 2 p.q?
Saying that W is the invariant mass of the "hadronic final state" seemed
to me a little ambiguous.  In the reaction ep--> e\pi^0 X, it was
not clear whether W was the mass of X or the mass of X+\pi^0.
I think this could be clarified.
